Who we are

Ladies Links Golf Inc. is an organization dedicated to promoting golf for women across Ontario. Our goal is to provide a non-competitive, friendly environment where all women are welcomed.

Media

We will take Photographs during our events and will post them on our website and social media outlets.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

We will share your full name with the golf courses we partner with. We will never share your personal data with anyone with out your consent.

How long we retain your data

For members that register on our website, we store personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you are a member, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

Cancellation of your membership after processing will involve a $15.00 administration fee.

 No refunds will be processed after 14 days of registration.

Event Cancellation

All events must be paid in full prior to the event. No refunds will be given 7 days prior to the event. An administrative fee of $10.00 will be charged for these cancellations. We regret that a refund cannot be offered after the cancellation deadline of 7 days prior to the event.

Substitutions will be permitted as an option to refunding.  If you find a replacement member to fill your spot, then it is your responsibility to get payment from that person.
