Cancellation Policy for Special Events : All events must be paid in full prior to the event. No refunds will be given 10 days prior to the event. An administrative fee of $15.00 will be charged for these cancellations. We regret that a refund cannot be offered after the cancellation deadline of 10 days prior to the event.

Substitutions will be permitted as an option to refunding. If you can find a replacement member to fill your spot, then it is your responsibility to get payment from that person.

Weekly Golf : The fee for weekly golf is collected at the golf course. As long as our website is open for tee time booking, you can edit your tee time online without any penalties on our website. If our website online system is closed, you must call the golf course pro shop to cancel your tee time. Remember that golf courses are now collecting credit cards for booking tee times, if we abuse this system of cancelling, the golf course may cancel our tee times all together or require our members to leave a credit card. We do not want that!
