Having wine after our golf lesson and golf round

Join us, golf is so much fun
with the right group of friends.

Ladies Links Golf Inc. is an organization created to promote golf for women in a friendly and non-competitive environment. All Year Round !!!

I love this league, we play all summer long and well into the fall. Once the weather gets chilly, we get together indoors.
Larraine

Our outdoor season officially opens the first week of May. However we do have some die hard golfers that will go out as soon as the golf course opens. Therefore, our online system will open as soon as golf courses are ready but they may or may not have a host director to coordinate the after golf social and organize groups.

The social aspect is one of its major benefits. It brings together women who may be just starting out in the game…who still feel the pressure of playing with better golfers or male golfers. But it also provides more seasoned golfers with a great opportunity to meet other golfing partners and enjoy regular, weekly golf.

Enjoy Regular, Weekly Golf (May – November)

Ladies Links Golf Inc. operates at several courses on different mornings and evenings of the week, giving members the ability to find a weekly golf outing that fits their schedule. Schedules are developed and available by mid-April and posted on this website.

Indoors (December – April)

Our league runs all year round. As soon as the golf course close we start practicing and socializing indoors.

Enjoy Special Events

We also offer clinics through respected professionals, as well as a variety of winter events to keep the momentum going. Events through out the golf season are posted on our website. These events usually include lunch or dinner.

Golf tournaments, golf getaway, couples nights, ‘nine and dine’ and much more…

Did you know you can play with any level golfer as long as you keep up with pace of play? We all follow 2 simple rules: The Par Plus One & Ready Golf (see below). This way you are not holding anyone up, no one gets upset and everyone enjoys each others company.

Par Plus One

This means that on the fairway, the maximum number of times you should hit the ball is equal to par plus one. For example, on a par 3 hole, you should take a maximum of four shots to reach the green. After that, pick up your ball and carry it to the edge of the green. On the green, you should putt no more than three times.

Ready Golf

We also encourage “ready golf”. This means that after teeing off, each player should proceed to their ball as soon as it is safe and begin preparing for their shot (i.e. lining up, taking a practice swing, etc), as long as you are not in front of, or distracting to the player who has the honour. Then when it is your turn, you are ready to hit the ball. On the green, survey the contours and grain while other players are putting if you can do so without being a distraction, then putt as soon as it is your turn. Ensure that all members of the group are aware and agree to play ready golf.
